Frequently Asked Questions

  • Distinctive features

    • What is the difference between FilSuisse and traditional make-up removing wipes?

Traditional make-up removing wipes only clean the surface of the skin and are usually loaded with chemicals. FilSuisse works with water to deliver pore-deep cleansing while at the same time exfoliating gently and opening the pores so they can absorb the ingredients.

    • FilSuisse eliminates blemishes and applies its natural formula to the skin in a single step. How can something be removed and applied at the same time?

The wipe absorbs the solid components and at the same time delivers the ingredients in liquid form. Studies have shown that the liposomes are dispensed into the skin very quickly.

  • Ingredients

    • The FilSuisse formula was developed in Europe. Is it still suited for the skin of Asians or South Americans? Can it even be used in those climates?

Yes. FilSuisse works regardless of skin type and climate conditions.

    • Why are polyester and polyamide included as ingredients although the FilSuisse formula is natural?

Polyester and polyamide are the carrier materials for the wipe and not an ingredient. The ingredients are contained in the liposomes that are delivered to the skin.

    • What is NPC 25?

NPC 25 designates the highest level of quality. For example, NPC 20 would be correspondingly weaker in the ingredients.

    • What ingredients does FilSuisse contain?

You can learn everything about the ingredients contained in FilSuisse by following this link

  • Use

    • Should pressure be used to apply FilSuisse or should it be applied gently?

FilSuisse should be used with slight pressure.

    • Which side of FilSuisse should I use?

You should use the soft side to achieve an effect.

    • Do I have to apply a moisturiser after using FilSuisse?

The skin will have a desirable tightness as a result of the gentle exfoliating effect. You can continue to use your usual cream without impacting the effectiveness of FilSuisse.

    • Do I have to use FilSuisse for around 30 to 45 seconds in each area of the face or is this the overall time it should be used on the entire face?

30 to 45 seconds is the entire recommended time of use.

    • Can I reuse FilSuisse?

On a limited basis, as when it is initially moistened the liposomes are released so the effect when reusing it can no longer be measured.

    • Does FilSuisse also remove waterproof make-up?

FilSuisse does not contain any chemical additives. This is why it does not remove waterproof make-up perfectly.

    • Do I have to wait for a certain amount of time between uses of FilSuisse?

A 12-hour interval between uses is recommended.

    • Can I use FilSuisse to apply my regular creams?

  • Results

    • Does FilSuisse have the same effect on other parts of the body?

      Yes.

    • My skin felt tight. Is that normal?

The feeling of tightness is caused by the gentle exfoliating effect and it is a sign that FilSuisse is having the desired effect. Clinical tests have shown that you have to get through this period and that the skin will become more relaxed and elastic after repeated use.

    • How long does FilSuisse need to be used on a daily basis for the first results to be seen?

No, but you will not benefit from the penetrative effect.
